Graham Davies began his professional career in August 1961 as an apprentice working with a commercial photographer in Cardiff, Wales. Since that time he has worked in portraiture, aerial, industrial and theatrical photography and as a press photographer with UK national newspapers. Graham now lives and works in his own studio and gallery in Cherry Valley, where he still uses film and hand-prints in the darkroom. In 2012 he won the Ilford North American black and white competition.
